How inquiry information is handled

This notice explains the limited information used to answer a product inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a sale or payment.

We collect the selected products or category, requested quantities and units, fulfillment preference, name, preferred contact channel and contact details, delivery address when applicable, notes, and inquiry status or owner follow-up records.

The information is used to respond to you, prepare a quote, arrange DFW pickup or local delivery if you proceed, and maintain the operational records needed to handle the inquiry.

This site does not collect card numbers, security codes, expiry dates, or other card details. No sale or payment occurs when an inquiry is submitted.

Inquiry information is not sold to advertising tools and is not used for marketing without separate consent.

An optional account stores your login email and the contact/address details you choose to save for future inquiries. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plaintext. Connecting Google or Apple stores the provider identity information needed for sign-in. Passkeys store public keys and credential metadata, never your device's private key, fingerprint or face data. Changing your saved profile does not rewrite earlier inquiry records. When submission is enabled, a guest inquiry does not require an account.

The inquiry-cart cookie keeps product IDs, quantities and a revision for up to seven days, not your contact or address details. Account session cookies support sign-in for up to 30 days and are protected from page scripts. Language-preference cookies support the selected locale. These cookies are not advertising profiles.

When configured and after you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive limited public-page and product events, the site language you use, approved campaign identifiers and active engagement information. We do not send inquiry references, names, contact details, addresses, notes, raw searches or complete URL query strings to analytics. Google may process browser and network information under its service settings. We do not use session recording, fingerprinting or advertising personalization, and do not infer your age or ethnicity from a language choice.

A preference cookie can remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days. If analytics is allowed, analytics cookies and a signed campaign-source cookie are limited to 7 days. You can change the choice through analytics preferences when available; refusal does not prevent using the cart or submitting an enabled inquiry. A valid consented campaign source may be saved with a new inquiry inside the owner's private records. The actual inquiry-page language is also retained to support responding to you. Unknown sources are not presented as identified visitors.

If you choose to send the optional feedback form, we store the selected reason, public page or product context and language. An already consented campaign source may accompany it. This form does not request contact details and does not submit a product inquiry, order or payment. Feedback is used to improve the website; responses are not assumed to describe visitors who did not answer.

Necessary security records may include server timestamps, sign-in and access outcomes, action categories, changed field names and bounded error codes. These records are separate from optional marketing analytics and are not sent to advertising audiences. The application does not place raw IP addresses, passwords, cookies, form contents or full user-agent strings in these event records. If configured, independently keyed daily pseudonyms support limited source/session correlation; they are not a guarantee of anonymity. Application event and administrative-change retention depends on the configured storage and cleanup operation; provider logs follow their own settings.

Submitted selections and contact/delivery details may be emailed to the owner’s configured inbox to process the inquiry. Account verification and password-reset messages also use email. Email delivery does not mean an order or payment has been accepted.

To stop automated abuse of the inquiry form, this site may store a short-lived, irreversible token derived from your network address together with a submission count. The token cannot be reversed back into an address, but it is pseudonymous: within the same short window, one network address always produces the same token. It is kept only to prevent abuse and expires with that window.

Inquiry information is retained only as needed to handle the inquiry and meet legitimate business-record obligations, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Until a dedicated public business contact is configured, use the same contact channel used for the inquiry to ask about your information.
